ahhhhhhhhhhhh, they're going to be so tame, love the last pic, looks just like a cuddly toy, soooooooooo sweeeeeeeeeeeeeeeet.

Remember though boys and girls, hatching chicks should never be done without research first ;)

How on EARTH do you get your chickies to sit with you???:shock::shock: Mine just scarper the minute I walk in the run! FAR too quick for me. Mummy chicken is fine though, so hopefully chicks will follow suit eventually. :?

 I spend a lot of time, when not at work, handling all my chooks.. when I first got my girls I sat in the run and by the end of the first weekend they were all happy to jump on my lap etc.. the adults all potter in to house and two will sit on lap in the evening when feeling dopey..

The Mum is DD's hen and she gets lots of cuddles ( she was chosen as happy with this from start) so we carried on when the chicks arrived.. they are very used to it and the minute they get picked up they snuggle down into a warm hand or on our shoulders under hair.. the only sad thing is having to part with the one little boy at some point as he is the quietest and very snuggly :(

and yes thank you I am very pleased with them and the other girls!

Did you breed the chicks to tone with the sofa. or buy the sofa to match the chicks? They are adorable!

The big fat black things are my knees not the sofa  Sofa white so would have to watch the poo as they are not yet house trained! They like to settle on warm human limbs as feel like hot water bottles  and clothing can be washed!
