Out of the two who were, I'd rather that Rachel had gone as I'm finding her very annoying. I felt that Austin sang his survival song much better than she did. Out of the ones who remain, we loved Diana, JLS, Alexandra and Ruth, who seems to have come out fighting after ending up in the bottom 2 the other week. Her rendition of "Summertime" last week was terrific. Eoghin....oh dear, cute as custard but just not pop idol material just yet, bless him. Phonix Posted November 2, 2008 Share Posted November 2, 2008 I looove Diana she'd def my favorite this year but I do like laura too and suprisingly the young boy (cant spell his name lol!) - he seems v high school musical to me so therefore very now lol Sooooo glad Austin went - was getting vvv sick of his crying! and he just never managed to be as good on the live shows as when he sang Valerie at boot camp. As for Will Young YAK!!! had to put the TV on mute while he was singing I can't stand the man And the way he spoke to some of them earlier when he was giving them the 'masterclass' was appalling - who is he to talk down to people and tell them what to do. As for his wierd twitches and moves - that's the third week in a row that the performer in the results show has seemed to be on something (Leon, Nadine from girls aloud and then will). Maybe im wring and theyr just nervous or thats just the way they are but it seemed so odd and suggestive of something more to me Oh...love alexandra too - i think the girls are def the strongest category! That slidey nasal thing that Diana does REALLY grates, and what is it with her hand up next to her head all the time And she obviously has no dancing ability as she has hardly moved from a chair the whole series. I must be missing something as the judges really rate her Couldn't agree more. Her style is that of an ageing hippy and not a 19 year old girl. I don't think it would be possible to put more makeup on either. It looks a centimetre thick. agree. I thought she absolutely murdered that Blondie classic. And whats with that screechy bit on the end of "me" in "call me"....she puts that screech on the end of every note. very annoying.
