abwsco
headbands and snoods/neck tubes - great title -lol Has anyone seen any on their travels. Just checked the long term forecast for Krakow and it looks like being down to -7 (feeling like -12) with snow when we go so I thought I'd better get some for DD's. Hubby once again reckons he doesn't need thermal longjohns but I'm taking mine again and have already got some for DD's. Think I might buy some thermal tops though as well! Joojoo
Wow you lucky thing. I wish I was going We had to cancel our trip there a couple of years ago as DS had the horrible sickness bug that swept across the country. Temps at that time were -30 so it would not have been wise to go. Sadly we still haven't managed to get there yet. Have you thought about getting some of these...http://www.marksandspencer.com/gp/product/B001FP8NOY/sr=1-10/qid=1226445799/ref=sr_1_10/276-5299681-6174353?ie=UTF8&node=&m=A2BO0OYVBKIQJM&keywords=&mnSBrand=core&size=9&rh=n%3A64986031&page=2 They are great. I've got some (although sadly they aren't pink ones Have a fab time and let us know how you get on

abwsco
Thanks everyone Jue, what a shame you had to cancel. We fell in love with Krakow, infact I've yet to speak to someone who didn't like it. Hubby and I both had that bug as well. It started on Boxing Day for us but our daughters didn't get it. It was horrendous.
The Dogmother
If it's really cold, then a thermal balaclava is great. You can get them from Millets, and risk looking like an SAS reject, but they are well worth getting.
redfrock
How about a winter Buff? http://www.buffwear.co.uk/ I have one from the days when I was pillion on the bike and found it excellent. I wore it when watching the fireworks at Leeds Castle on Friday night. My friend bought me some furry ear muffs last year. I must admit they are not something I have worn! They came from the Jasper Conran part of Debenhams
