Do you know if they are decreasing the VAT - a lot of retailers WILL NOT reduce the VAT but will leave it where it is to save changing all their tills. Seems like a con but they don't have to pass the saving on. Monsoon are unknown at the moment although TBH 2.5% is not very much anyway.
