I've taken the whole darn thing apart but there's no apparent way of prising the barrels with the teeth apart to remove the offending wodge of paper . Oh well, off to WHSmith to buy yet another one . Yup, mine too but it was jammed fast and wouldn't reverse or go forward . Mine also does (did ) credit cards but after having to pick all the bits of plastic out after forgetting I was using the shreddings for the nestbox, I've reverted to scissors .
