I also love hearing my 3 year old son cheering for "Ellery and Hannelly". Have to say though I'm a bit disappointed in his skating, before the competition started I thought he would wipe the floor, pity his Rugby magic and natural athleticism doesn't transfer to the ice rink. Ray was just brilliant, he is so good and well deserved his 6's. Didn't like Zoe or Roxanne's dance this week. Liked Donal's though, I thought he really put some effort into it. Sunshine Posted February 16, 2009 Share Posted February 16, 2009 I enjoyed Donal's dance this week, he seems to be growing on me each week. I liked Zoe this week and she seemed to do more skating on her own. I don't like Jessica although i think she is a good skater, the faces that she makes when she is doing a lift really put me off her. Ray was amazing but i was expecting hm to be really good-I wonder if he will keep getting 6's or if he will slip. There seemed to be a lot of injurys this week. Looking forward to next week. Seagazer Posted February 23, 2009 Share Posted February 23, 2009 I think its a real shame that Jessica ended up in the bottom two as I thought she skated so well. They were perfectly in time most for most of the dance. I wonder too if its down to personality really because you don't really get too much from Jessica. You know Zoe is very chatty (she really does my head in ), Melinda is very smiley, Coleen is funny but with Jessica - you just have no idea. Thought Ray's skate was fantastic again. Boy he can skate. Loving the judges though as they too don't go much on her; I'm with Ruthie when she said that Roxanne is not watchable and she watches Daniel all the time - me too, he's lovely. Loving Donal - I think he's quite fit also he's a Chelsea fan (see his tattoo in the behind the scenes shot) so that makes him fabulous! Can you imagine the complaining from the girls (Roxy) if their legs looked like that!! I do think that Coleen isn't the most amazing skater but I do love to watch her and think she's a lovely person! Jason was going on about how she never came across as genuine but that Zoe was very genuine. Roxy blurted out something like 'you really think?'. No love lost there me thinks. I can't stand Zoe I'm almost ashamed to say. I'm not totally sure what it is. I think her partner (is it Mat?) looks like he goes off in a meditative state whenever she starts talking. I should at the screen - breathe woman breathe. There is no way she deserved a 6 on Sunday. She was incredibly messy with her legs and all she did was twirl the stick thing around. Roxy's chair did look harder to use and I like the lift off from the chair where the chair went skidding off. I really like Jessica but I think she isn't letting her personality come through in the skating. Coleen always looks like she's having fun though.
