Makes you think, I've never actually seen a fox do this but obviously they can. It has made me a anxious about my girls safety. We see foxes most days, we live right on the very edge of town, I wouldn't describe them as urban foxes because they are fairly timid, but they are still there!

Yes the foxes in my neighbourhood can all scale high fences. I have seen so many on my walks to and from school in the last week. Cookie nearly pulled me over the other day as she had spotted one before I did.

I was chatting to an old man who loves Cookie, on my way home this morning and he admitted he fed the foxes :x I told him off (in a nice way)

Yes, but then if he feeds the foxes, they will have full tummies and won't be after your chooks!:lol:

You have a point :D We saw 'our' fox twice yesterday, his limp seems to be much better, but he is becoming too regular a visitor in our road. My YS has decided he would like a fox as a pet when he's older  He got within 4 feet of the fox yesterday afternoon. I am getting quite paranoid now and can't wait to be able to get my girls a nice big walk in run.

I would never want any harm to come to a fox but I really don't want anything to happen to my girls.
