Chook n Boo Mum
Congratulations! Mine are a total joy and are perfectly happy in their run & eglu which has been wrapped up and barricaded to within an inch of it's life so there are as few draughts as possible, and they are being fed loads, with a constant supply of dry mash & small pots of other stuff to tempt their little pallettes - all of which has been greeted with confusion, then devoured fairly rapidly! My 4 are as yet unallocated on the names front, they are possible Peanut, Hazel, Brazil & Pecan ( I like to have a theme, DD likes Peanut but DS wants Tulip, may have 2 nuts & 2 flowers ) That reminds me, they must be due another "dose" of warm mash!!! I bet my greedy guts trio outside the door demand some more before letting me past to get to the batties!! I seem to spend all my day preparing chook food & delivering it!!! My lunch.....ummmmm... poachedegg
Congratulations! We are getting 3 on Saturday too. For names, we decided as they had had a hard life so far, to call them flower names, so we have definitely decided on Poppy and Daisy and the 3rd, we are undecided between Buttercup and Lily. Electricbarbarella
my mum chose the names. she was quite insistent. now I just need to work out how and when I can get my car back, it has failed it's MoT but even sop is in a garage at the top of a very big hill, no idea how I am going to get it in this weather so I can organise stuff.
