Wow. Er...

Might have been something like my son has. He's got a molar growing through behind his top two teeth. (Yes a molar, and yes he's been to the dentist!) The dentist has done an x-ray and it's not getting in the way of other teeth so he's going to leave it there for the moment unless it causes any problems. Looks a tad odd though but better than him having to have an unnecessary general.
