Mollystar Posted February 24, 2009 Share Posted February 24, 2009 I just felt like posting a happy post On Sunday myself & the Boyfriend jet steamed the bars, doors & trays of the for the first time. I wiped out the rest with some diluted disinfectant, cant remember the name small tin, floral smell. Dried everything off & it felt so fresh almost like cleaning our bedding & sheets & jumping in the covers The girls are giving us 4-6 eggs a day & I can wait until we get the mega 8. I'm loving the lighter nights which means I don't have to run around like a blue ***** fly in the mornings doing the chickens as I can sort them out when I get in from work I have 2 days off work, 3 new chickens and my hubby is taking me out to lunch today - bliss! Old Speckled Hen Posted February 24, 2009 Share Posted February 24, 2009 Wonderful to get these earlier mornings and lighter evenings. It all seems to happen more quickly as soon as we get a whiff of Easter. Really moody and misty here this morning. Just back from a run in the fields and low fells with the young dog.
