ChickenJo
not one of mine unfortunatley as i am still chicken-less, but I went to Cathy's (very useful)hen party on sunday and she kindly gave us a "sample" to take home so we could all see what we were missing. well, it was carefully soft boiled this morning with a side order of granary soldiers and I have to say it was bloomin lovely !! just need to decide whether its a cube or an eglu now (was going to be an eglu, but Cathy's bunch have encouraged me to think a little bigger!) ?? vs ?? ChickenJo
sounds fairly unanimous in favour of the cube

sunshinesupernova
bought a secondhand rablu - and then a convertor to eglu. Ordered a cube at the same time as the convertor as got a little carried away..... Needless to say, I put chooks in both. I FAR prefer the cube thoguh

Chillicat
CUBE, CUBE, CUBE.................if there is any doubt in your mind........go for the CUBE Here's my reasoning: 1. You can get more chickens in a cube (because you'll wish you'd got more of those too!) 2. More chickens means more eggs 3. More eggs means better cooking and more friends 4. More friends means you need more eggs 5. Needing more eggs means you'll need more chickens 6. More chickens means that you should have got the cube in the first place Am I right everyone? Aggienator
I wish I had a bigger garden, but for me 2 girls in an eglu is just right, There will be enough room for them to stretch their legs. Cube would be too big for my garden.
