redbush tea- free sample

Recommended Posts

Love redbush tea, so will get a free sample...thanks for the tip!

It is great -- no caffeine and low tannin and actually (to my taste) tastes a bit like proper tea unlike all those herbal teas that smell wonderful but (to my taste) just taste of dried leaves in boiled water :? .

I couldn't have said it better myself :D

hehe :D

I drink diet caffeine free coke as caffeine does weird things to the old ticker so i hope this stuff is nice. I'm looking forward to trying it.

I tend to drink too much coffee so I try and balance it out with herbal tea (don't like normal tea) and I have the caffeine free coke too. Tastes nicer with a slice of lime in it though (coke that is). I also like Hambleden Herbs Spice Delight tea - very aniseedy/licorice yummy stuff.

Ah, got something for that - bitter lemon, or tonic water. I get restless legs at night, as did my dad and my brother gets it too. His doc told him tonic water (bleh, much better bitter lemon). It's the quinine that does the trick. I don't get it every night, but now and again I have a glass at bedtime. The other week I was so fed up stretching my legs and waving them out the bed that I went and raided the fridge in the middle of the night for a glass - did the trick though.

just got mine, 2 tea bags plus a little surprise and a little recipe booklet :D

I'm making some cup cakes later so I'll have my cup of tea with a cake later :D

well, just brewed myself a cup and the first thing that hit me was the smell. It has a strange aroma, slightly medicinal but almost slightly animal smelling!? It tastes like it smells really and while not wholly unpleasant, I think it might be a bit of an acquired taste!

I love my Yorkshire Gold and I'm not sure two free bags are enough for me to acquire a taste for redbush tea :?
