Tamsin
Have a look at a book called the complete encyclopedia of chickens,it shows may breeds.and see what takes your fancey. It depends on what qualities you are looking for e.g decorative .temperment, eggs ,showing The new newbies have got to suit you and your current flock. I have barbu duccles and love the look of them and their arrange of colours they can be.

Cinnamon
Look into smaller hybrids too, like the White Star, with her pure white eggs,& the Amber Star. Both are from Medowsweet. I am not 100% on this, but I seem to remember that Bantams can get picked on if you introduce them to bigger hens. Please correct me someone if I am wrong
ballgunner
i might even think of buying a cheap hen house so they can live live seperately but free range together so i dont need to see them get bullied
