Unexpected double yolker

Egluntine, we tried that cheese and leek pud yesterday evening and it went down a treat. It was a bit like a deep home made quiche but without the pastry.

 

I used half fat creme fraiche though because it was all they had. However I increased the fat content by using up some left over double cream to make it up to 300ml.
