Just got to get into town to get to the bank now! Thanks all for your support; he surprised me, I was expecting to have to go back to court to get an enforcement order. I am in the middle of something uncannily similar. I will take heart from your story, thank heavens it worked out in the end. You will have to tell me what you're dealing with. I ended up having to call in the cavalry; I work for a firm of construction consultants, which specialises in resolving construction disputes, although these are usually on the multi-million pound scale. I asked my boss for advice and he gave me some brilliant guidance and support. Claret that's very kind of you but I think I'm getting there.
