The Dogmother
Just to let you all know that the builder finally paid up... two years too late! The deadline was for today and it arrived on time. Just got to get into town to get to the bank now! Thanks all for your support; he surprised me, I was expecting to have to go back to court to get an enforcement order. I ended up having to call in the cavalry; I work for a firm of construction consultants, which specialises in resolving construction disputes, although these are usually on the multi-million pound scale. I asked my boss for advice and he gave me some brilliant guidance and support.
