I know, he's lovely isn't he? He was the one who said I couldn't have an eglu too. Then I asked him-'If I raise the money myself for it, can I buy one?', he then said yes to that and thought I wouldn't bother! But stubborn me did! I think this is his way of saying sorry for not believing in me and swallowing his pride! Do you have to change your username now? ubereglu Posted October 9, 2006 Author Share Posted October 9, 2006 I have finally made my decision, I'm not going to buy it-however I've e-mailed Omlet asking whether they have any stock as I will have enough money for a reconditioned one by the end of this week! The reasons were that: I'd have to buy a new grub and glug and shade-another £40 I'd have to pick it up-hassle as it's my Mum and Dad's wedding anniversary The reconditioned ones are in better condition and more likely to be a Mk 2. Also I really want a Welsummer! Hence I need more room! Am still running win a recycled hen comp though.
