When Lesley, Jane and I started moderating, James just threw us in the deep end and said "push buttons and see what happens "! - you delete things, that's what happens ! If you need to know how anything works or want support before taking action, I'm usually around but I do go to bed early - Jane's usually doing the late shift so you're safe in her capable hands.
