Oh dear....

 

I have a lovely white cat called Daisy, she is 12 years old, and suffers each year with sunburnt ears....

 

we put sun block on them., and sometimes antispetic, if they get scratched, occasionally a trip to the vets is required......

 

anyway she had a s"Ooops, word censored!"e on one and a little red on the other...so I went looking for the antiseptic...

 

and then thought of my violet spray......in the box ready for any hurt chicken...

 

oh dear....

 

I now have a lovely white grumpy cat with VERY Purple ears....really PURPLE

 

oh and I looked a little like a bank robber, who has opened a booby trapped haul of loot.....

 

as does my utility room wall....when Daisy shook her head, mid spray

 

I think I'll stick to WHITE antispetic cream in future.....and always use white sunblock...

oh bless poor little thing. My ginger tom had to have a leg shaved a she was limping. it looked like he'd forgotten to put his ginger sock on. Vanish is suppose to home in on stains on second thoughts she may end up with no ears
