They were playing together last week but I suppose we'd have been exposed to it somewhere, sooner or later. Like Debs he came down with it very suddenly, went from fine to not well in a matter of a couple of hours. This happened to my sister's SIL too. So I am keeping an eye on him in case he gets hot and poorly... best to get it over with while it's summer and not likely to mean time off school for him! I hope you feel better soon Debs! ClaireG Posted August 4, 2009 Share Posted August 4, 2009 Debs if you have any ibuprofen i would alternate that with the paracetamol. Thats what i was advised to do and it seemed to help. The Saturday after the schools broke up I heard Dan's best friend had come down with Swine Flu, they'd been playing together in nursery on the Friday, so I thought Dan was bound to get it, but he didn't.
