EGLU HEAT PROBLEMS

[TOMWARDFARM]

My Wife has allways said she is an adrenaline junkie and wants to do a Parachute Jump, so I thought I would ease her in gently with a 160' bungee jump ...... she is not impressed ... oh well

[clootie]

[Cooks]

I personally would love it...

[TOMWARDFARM]

She will when shes done it, i think she is in shock at the moment!

[Cooks]

you cant blame her, she was probably expecting a diamond or something

[TOMWARDFARM]

Jewlery, flwers, teddys, chocolate are all getting boring now!

[Cooks]

I was only joking with you, I think the gift is a great one.

[TOMWARDFARM]

lucky i still did the backup of perfume, chocolates. flowers, baloons, and a cd!

[clootie]

Would be even better if you did it with her mister !!

[Cooks]

a back up is always a good idea  I agree Cloots, it HAS to be done together.

[TOMWARDFARM]

to be fair she has suggested that to which point i said umm... NO!

I dont profess to be an adrenaline junkie!

[clootie]

well, it is an anniversary cooks so it should be for both

[TOMWARDFARM]

I will get plenty of pleasure out of watching!

[clootie]

[Cooks]

I dont think watching her will be the same as taking part yourself, but it's your anniversary and up to you.

[chickencam]

I wouldn't mind a present like that, we all need to get out of our comfort zone from time to time

[Egluntyne]

Didn't you realise that when she said Parachute Jump she actually meant VERY LARGE DIAMOND.

[Seagazer]

Yes sometimes we subtley try to tell you what we really, really want. DIAMONDS please. See, subtle. Or a maine coon cat, Nissan Figaro, strangely, for me, a parachute/bungee jump does not come into it.

I hope she enjoys it

[TOMWARDFARM]

Just to update, I upgraded it to 400' and she absolubtley loved it. The best thing she has ever done! recommend it to anyone to get for their partner as a present.

[Egluntyne]

A bungie jump is over in seconds.......diamonds are forever.

[Lesley]

......but you can't lose a bungee jump down the plughole!

[bigmommasally]

If my hubbie is reading this I would rather a WIR than a diamond and never ever think of buying me a bungee jump!

I glad she enjoyed her present TWF

[Seagazer]

Your OH is obviously a braver woman than me. I'd go along with the diamonds

[Guest]

For my 40th I got a field shelter and was very happy

Was going to say book the parachute jump as well!

Glad she enjoyed it indie

[C&T]

I would have loved that as a pressie!!

I got a lovely bracelet this year - but would have happily switched!!

Takes all sorts I guess...
