A bit better today, still very achy and weak though. I slept well which I think helped, I also went back to sleep after OH left for work at 7.30 until 9.30.

Jessies yummy sounds like it has aliens in it so no she doesn't feel better quite yet... yes she is being starved at the moment, not that I think she cares she feels a tad icky from both end bless her
