Hi all,

 

I tried to take a video of me candling one of the eggs, It's alot harder than it looks.

 

I had a egg 7 a torch in 1 hand and a camera in the other

I'll try and get a better one soon, My younger sis said she could see one of the chicks kicking it's feet so i'll try and get a vid of that

I find it quite strange how fast they grow

 

 

and how fast the time flies by, it felt like i put them in the bator 3 days ago....It's been 11

For some reason every video i try taking they all come out really really dark on the computer

That is a very good video & most helpful to those who are hatching. It was hard work candling & knowing what to look for the first time I ever hatched. We need more of this kind of thing.

i never candled mine so its the first time i've seen it. it's really interesting i'm definatley going to candle next time!

Good video's, its really hard to take photos or videos while candling.

 

I'll try and get some when the Doves sit on more eggs, when they're a few days before hatching, because they have such a long beak you can see their beaks opening and closing inside, and sometimes see their heat beating inside the shell, its amazing to watch!
