Ahaaaaa - the plot thickens. Lots of emotions, tiredness and not eating very well - I think your body is definitely telling you to cut it some slack! (Now that does sound old fogeyish ). Obviously if things don't get better you might need a trip to the docs for a check up - you might need some vitamins, or you could be anaemic - anything. Be careful just in case. My advice (as an oldie) would be to enjoy the 2 weeks you have before he goes.

 

Be honest with him, but don't commit to him exclusively.

 

See how you feel when he comes back in 7 months.

 

You may meet someone before he comes back, you may meet a few, or you may not, but keep your options open.

 

Probably not the same advice you'd get from other people I'm sure, but thats mine (for what its worth, as you didn't even ask for it anyway )

7 months is a long time to commit when you don't reeeeaaallly know him - especially with youngsters.
