LaPoule
I have noticed in photos that some of you use rabbit-type water bottles in the run for your chickens. How do they get on with these? What size bottles do you use? Picasso (a Poland) has recently started dunking her head all the way in the water and getting her crest soaked. While this obviously isn't a great idea at any time, I am concerned about when the weather starts to get colder. Walking around with a wet head all day can't be very healthy! xScrunchee
Mine get on fine with them. In fact my new girls have worked out how to use them already I got mine from Ebay and I think they are 1.1 litre ones. Hope that helps

The Dogmother
I have two 1 litre bunny bottles and a gravity drinker, they seem to use all of them, but the water in the bottles stays cleaner.
Clare L
Mine love them and had them in the place I got two of mine from. They see them as a bit of a treat, so if they need a tonic, I put it in the water bottle and they drink it.
