I do!

 

I even cut them open butter them and then wrap in clingfilm and freeze!

 

Then husband or whoever just has to get one out and wait a little and eat!

I also freeze them, but I love the buttering idea, because they would be an instant lunchbox treat

Wish I had known this last week

 

For the first time ever, my usual Friday batch of scones didn't get eaten within minutes and by the time the scone eating monsters returned home on Sunday, the scones were sadly no longer at their best

You can blame my dad who started it. He also buys a french stick cuts up, butters and puts filling in like ham and freezes and gets one out for lunch each morning!

Yes as everyone has says. When I was working, I made my sandwiches once a week, cheese,ham or marmite, then just took a bit of salad to pop in before eating at lunchtime. Stopped me not having time to make lunch and wasting money buying something or just eating chocolate.If you take them out of the freezer in the morning, they defrost by lunchtime and you can't eat them as soon as you arrive in work.

I do too. I make chocolate chip ones for the boys, halve them, spread them with Nutella or chocolate spread, wrap them and freeze them ready for their lunchboxes.

You are teasing me because I have to go for the long wait while muffins cook in the oven. One of the down sides of not having a microwave .
