Milliechick
Hi, does anyone know about Australorps? I've looked at the breeds section and there is no feedback on them. Many thanks

Daphne
I don't keep them but have often thought about it. They are good egg layers, good pets and reasonably good meat birds. I think of them as a no-nonsense capable hardy bird which happens to look rather nice as well!
Janty
My Australorp is so friendly and she's only a baby. She has a lovely nature and is never nasty to the others.
Plum
My oracle says they are docile and quiet and happy being handled and says they tolerate being in a run, live a long time and taste nice
The Dogmother
I had an aussie bantam, lovely bird who laid well.
