How Quickly Does Albendazole Work?

Our new Maran Cuivree Pitsilatha had marks on her legs when we got her. On closer inspection last week it turned out to be little hairy bits that make her legs look freckly from a distance.

 

Today on closer inspection she now has a number of tufts of feathers where the hairy bits were.

 

Will these disappear as she matures, or will she need to wax in the future?

French Marans have feathery legs, if they arent feathery they are very often fluffy

Mmmmh! So we have some French blood in the camp then?

Most Marans blood is from France and true French Marans will have full on feathery legs, I have a beautiful French Copper Black Marans and she has proper feathery legs like a Pekin

 

It makes sense that marans hybrids and the English Marans will often throw up one with fluffy legs

Having nearly cried laughing last night whilst watching Mel Gibson wax his legs in What Women Want, I would not want to be the chook being waxed.........nor the person on the other side of the cotton strip
