AnnieP Posted January 4, 2007 Share Posted January 4, 2007 (edited) Oh, good luck Karen. I am sure it will be fine. Poor you having to scrub. Make sure you've got plenty of rubber gloves! Take pictures of how dirty it is, as presumably you are paying a deposit which you want back at the end of your tennancy? Some landlords will withold the money for "wear and tear" over your stay. Don't let them do it to you! I expect it will be cleaner when you move out than when you moved in! Also, write a list of anything which is broken or not working right and send a copy to the landlord straight away. Sorry, I'm making it sound like you may experience problems, and I am sure you won't, but better to be prepared! Good luck!
