Has anybody worked out how the "gifts" timing works . Sometimes I seem to be able to send gifts more than once a day, other times it says "sorry, you've run out of requests".

 

It's annoying not being able to send more than 30 too (although it used to be 24 - have you all got 30 now or is it just me ?)

I rarely use my seeder or tractor because they're so expensive to run. It's a shame you can't gift fuel or buy it in the shop without Farmville cash

Well, I am certainly not up to any of your farm standards, especially at the moment. I have major problems as I have my family staying with me and my little grandson has an ear infection so most of yesterday was at the doctors and chemist etc and giving lots of cuddles so I can't keep up with the farm. Is there anything I can do to put it all on hold for a few days . I can't bear the thought of all my animals suffering!!!!! Let alone my loss of crops and not being able to help my neighbours. Is there such a thing as a farmville caretaker???

What I did was to delete all my crops so they don't die and upset the omleteers then the animals have got a lot more grass to eat.

 

If you put the animals near trees then you can't see the pink exclamation mark and no-one knows you are neglecting them.

I'd just leave all my fields either unploughed or just unplanted.

 

Luckily the animals don't die if you don't collect from them so they'll be fine! (We promise not to call the RSPCA ).

I looooooooove the fact that you are all as bonkers about this game as me, and the fact that dead crops and crowded animals upsets you like it does me .

 

I have sold many of my animals, as I did not want them to be overcrowded. I HAVE A CLUMSY REINDEER , I love him, I don't think I'll be selling him any, time soon.

 

I think you can only gift every 24 hours and then it resets to let you do another 30 people , not completely sure, but that it how it seems to me so far.

 

Have you all notice that my fields are in squares of 6 x 8 plots? If you have this size you can harvest, plow and sow that field on exactly one tank of fuel. I try to make my fields be ready at different times so that the tank will have time to have recharged again .

I've sold some of my chickens . I felt really guilty . They've gone to a good home though .

 

That's a good tip about field sizes . I might reorganise things when I've enough for a bigger farm .

 

I'm looking forward to seeing what we get from the reindeer . I hope Rudolph gives us something special .

Having just read all your comments I feel so relieved I do secretly wonder though, for how long I am going to be allowed to continue with Farmville before the little men in white coats are sent for to take me away......... I could, of course, send them in your direction

Those little white men will be too busy - apparently there are 64,000,000 people in the world who play Farmville . So we are not alone .

This morning I've re-arranged my animals so I could squeeze in all my reindeers I do wish I could have more than one chicken coop though, the people who make Farmville obviously don't know me at all

I know . It's so unfair . Don't they understand that selling chickens is not an option (although I had to ) ?

All I want in life at the moment is to get to level 30, so I can buy the greenhouse,which isn't functional in any way but looks the biz.

 

I can then totally rearrange my plot, putting more space over to living & less to crops.

I want a Villa to but its so expensive...................

 

And I yearn for a couple of the level 30 gift olive trees (promise to send you all one once I get there!)

I spent all my coins on a cottage yesterday. OH just couldn't understand that i needed somewhere to rest when i'm not tending my crops and animals. Anyway, my farm looks way prettier than his does, his definitely needs a womans touch.

It must take ages to save up for a greenhouse . The next size farm is bad enough .

 

Must go, crops to harvest, animals to tend to . A farmer's work is never done .

So can you gift these big things at no cost to yourself ? Is there a limit on people you send it to?

Does anyone know what to do with the bunches of flowers once they've gone droopy and wilted please

I've hidden my wilted flowers behind my cottage so I can't see them! Don't know if they go eventually .
