Well except the silk worms..... Made of; Spinach seeds, Sorghum, Cracked plate maize , Amphipods, White Dari, Peeled oats, Safflower , Fine cracked peas , Black Sunflowerseeds The ladies mob me for it as soon as they see the bag come out of the shed.
