Lewis
Theres a really loud helicopter out the back, been there for about 15 mins I've watched it and it circled, then hovered, I thought it could be for the hospital but its the other way, then it circled, then hovered, went a bit further away then came back and has now gone the other way! Valkyrie
Nighty night I'm off too - just came in to see whasssssssuuuuuup. And Erin is right embarrassed by getting the Blackouts home town wrong - Pontypridd is The Lost Prophets. Thing is she nearly went there today - first of all she and her friends went to Cardiff to try and visit another friend at uni, got lost then ummed and ahhhed but decided to come home instead. See Lewis you pass your driving test then it's have car - will travel. See you all later. xxx
Lewis
I'm still contemplating the whole car thing, I might see how much money I have after christmas (that sounds really bad!) and see if I have enough to get a cheap little car and then I should be able to pay for tax + insurance I really want to be able to drive to lambing for some reason ... thats what I said at last years lambing, just so I can go and leave the parentals asleep at 7am

clootie
Morning peeps. Lovely gerbil - he looks like he should be called Pimple. Don't ask me why. Have a good day y'all. Debs, Henry is such a cutie. If only Eric looked like that in the bath, he stands completely still with evil in his eye (just the one) wishing it was over
Space Chick
You should try him with bath toys Clootie Morning all - off to work now.
ClaireG
Morning all What a cute gerbil Lewis I don't normally like small furry animals but he/she is very sweet. I've had a lovely suprise this morning. My sister lives in America and we don't usually give each other presents, she's sent me an Amazon gift card
PurpleTree
Morning. Happy Belated Birthday Clare! Cute gerbil Lewis Koojie, Erin could've called in for a cuppa. When I asked hubby if he knew any bands from Ponty he said Lost Prophets. Really dark and miserable here still Should've cleaned the Eglu out this weekend, but it barely stopped raining. Really will have to do it next weekend, no matter what. Country file weather said it was getting colder and drier by next weekend so
Valkyrie
That's a nice offer PT - she couldn't find the uni - let alone your house! Hello everyone - bit late, but Murrays gone out whoohoo. I'm off for a nice bath. Oh bother, I'd better wait to put the girls in first - really dark outside and they've been complaining all day about it. Ciaran off at work - that has a lovely sound to that! And then he's off to visit his cousin in Exeter uni for a couple of days. Then home for WORK! And can his friend come and stay for a couple of days too. Yeeees, as long as you remember people have to get up early for work and college. Yes mum and I have to get up for work on Saturday too, and then we have a party to go to. Life is one long partay for him! He was at a friends yesterday (nice lad, and mum has met his mum through the knitting circle - she's nice too). Her ladyship went in for a brief trip to college, but only to hand assignments in. I'm thinking she's been sidetracked. Mumsie comes home on Tuesday night - she won't recognise our kitchen - we've blitzed it!
Lewis
Back from school and off out again in a bit - one of the local theatres (only a small one) need someone to do the lights for their panto ... but I can't do all the days because of birthday and russell howard Might just do a few
PurpleTree
That's a nice offer PT - she couldn't find the uni - let alone your house! How could she not find the Uni? It's huge, although admittedly there's bits of it all of the place. Maybe you should buy her a map for Christmas, or show her how to use Multimap before she sets off. She's very brave driving this far though, the furthest I went after passing my test was to Blackwood to buy some gig tickets in the Miner's Institute, can't even remember what band it was now. Valkyrie
Well she's not too bad at map reading, but she was driving so it may have been the navigators fault! She does plot her routes out on paper first - I can see her Andover instructions by this computer. But as you say, uni's are brilliant at being here there and everywhere. I didn't drive any further than 4 miles at first (no car had to borrow otherwise), but I did start venturing further afield when working. I borrowed mum's car to take friends to Windsor Safari Park and then a wander around the town afterwards. I remember a poor soldier on guard at the Palace trying very hard not to laugh while we took turns in having our piccies taken with him - and of course the innuendo's that my friends were coming out with was sooooo embarrassing. Space Chick
You can't come out with a statement like that Clootie, and not back it up with further information. When Koojie reads that her mind will be working overtime!!! It was quiet Chicky Well off to work now, it is my last meeting with my hospital based team until after Christmas, so I am taking them pressies today

Valkyrie
Hi everyone! Erin is already sorted re her pressie - Sat Nav it isn't! But the nosey madam is slipping in the odd question to try and catch us out - especially when I had 4 parcels delivered yesterday (3 for meeeeee - quilty books again and a box of clothes that we're giving to Ciaran). It's OK Debs, a little bird told me it was carpet related, so no naughty thoughts about Clootie! I'm sure the carpet will look fab - Clootie will be doing the rolling on the floor in luxury testing it out for bounciness - and no more echoes around the rooms. It always seems so weird when a carpet has been taken out and every little noise has an echo.
