Cinnamon Posted November 17, 2009 Share Posted November 17, 2009 I am buying some today,to make some little fingerless mitts Haven't knitted for many years & I have a querey about the yarn I need to buy - it says Chunky Worsted, but I don't recall ever seeing anything called that before. Snowy Posted November 17, 2009 Share Posted November 17, 2009 Worsted relates to the way the wool is spun - the fibres lie parallel to each other, and it can be any weight or type of yarn.
