Redwing
Do you mean a holiday on a working farm or one where you help out too? I have stayed here in a yurt a couple of times and its super brillant its a fab farm with lovely owners who are passionate about their farm and animals http://www.southpenquite.co.uk/yurt.html
tom123
Sorry meant to say that preferably, we would like to help out but that isn't essential Very nice Tasha and my dad likes the sound of that but they don't take dogs
Lewis
I looked at WWOOF last year when I was looking for work experience (you have to be 18 so no good ). It is more of a proper hands on at the farm and that 'pays' for you to stay there ... don't think its what you're looking for, but just like the whole concept of it

craftyhunnypie
What about the featherdown farm holidays? A bit pricey, but so beautiful! Emma.x
bluekarin
What about the featherdown farm holidays? A bit pricey, but so beautiful! Emma.x I would love to go on one of these, but you're right; they are so pricey.
tom123
We've been on 3 of them so we are going to do something else this year, the are defiantly worth the money though! Thanks for all the suggestions
PurpleTree
We went to this one lots when I was little http://www.bookcottages.com/cottages/100-2754-pipit-cottage.htm Absolutely loved it. My parents went back with my brother and his family last year, and they said it was just the same. It was a dairy farm when I was little and I helped out with milking, but now it's just beef. Think you can still help feed the calves though, and she's got some chickens.
