I can heartily recommend this! I cooked roast duck for Christmas Day (Marks & Sparks - not Delia!) and made the morello cherry and red wine sauce to go with it.

 

I'm a veggie, so didn't have any of the duck but I did try the sauce and it was LUSH! And super easy too which is a bonus

I have just tried - the link works beautifully, then I am told that I cannot view as I am not a uk resident.

Thank you so much anyway. I will try to watch the next episode on Monday. We have a digibox so are able to get certain channels on Freeview.
