I cant lie and say the last 11 months have been easy and have been taking anti depressant throughout about six weeks ago I hit a really bad patch when my GP altered all my meds including anti depressants and I was all for throwing in the towel I was so stressed out but something made me hang on in hoping it was just the change of meds and I got over my wobble and decided to preserve. I can fully appreciate why so many cant face taking it on I couldn't have cared less about the money It was the Injustice of it that got my back up The said Manager who was responsible left to take up another post with another organisation one month after I left although to be fair I truly believe he intended to honour his promise but was overruled by the new regional manager who came in with her new broom and decided as nothing was in writing I was superfluous to her plans.

 

unfortunately I am prevented by the clauses in the settlement of emailing her and putting "Ha who had the last laugh "

The moral is If you know your employer is in the wrong dont give up fight back.

 

Brilliant news, great ending, thanks for posting. Nice to know there are other people out there who will fight their corner. OK, the battle has taken it's toll of you physically, but hey - you WON!
