But I have trousers for really smart occasions: my linen dresses are a bit summery really. Not really a smart occasion person, me. Actually the problem really is the shoes: I like low heeled shoes that I could run in (not that I ever do!!) And its quite hard to look smart and skirted in that sort of footware!
