Tombull10
Every time i place an order with Omlet it arrives a day early. Does anybody else have this problem? It wouldn't be an issue except for that myself and my partner work very irregular hours and it always seems to arrive when we're out or in bed after work. Very annoying!!!!! Guest
Hello, Thank you all for raising your concerns with regards to the delivery of your items by courier. I can assure you that Omlet do stipulate to the courier that they need to make deliveries within the time frames that we set i.e. 3 working days! However courier companies being courier companies they do tend to take it upon themselves to deliver a day early which we understand is not convenient or ideal for most of our customers and we are aware of this situation and are working on sorting this out with the courier company in question. With regards to deliveries made by our drivers who will come out to your address (within the delivery area) how this works is that we will contact customers with delivery dates in your area and then call you back the day before delivery is due to remind you. We will advise you of an estimated time of arrival that our driver will be with you so that there won't be any unexpected shocks when the driver arrives.... Just to clarify - we don't send chickens by post or courier so there will be nil chances that you will have chickens and a product sitting unassembled on your front door step when you get home..... We will always endeavor to contact you prior to a driver delivery so you can be sure to be home and prepared for the arrival of your product and/or chickens..... If you have any questions regarding your delivery please do not hesitate to give me call at the office and I will do my best to help. With kind regards,
Valkyrie
We've always had things delivered the day before it's supposed to - OK for us because someone is always around which is just as well really. The man is very nice though and we are getting to know him.

Tutti Frutti
Yes my Eglu and run came a day early too It was delivered to work but... my car's tiny and the hulking great wouldn't fit in. A pain in the tbh, as I'd carefully arranged to borrow a mate's estate car the next day! Very exciting though!
chickenNutter
Ah, contact from The Mother Ship. Doesn't it make you feel good, like that scene in Close Encounters where the humans and the aliens copy each others' little tune by computer......
