Valkyrie
I was going to suggest taking a blindfold, but that will just heighten your senses. Plus you might injure yourself with a fork if you can't see what you are stabbing on your plate.
Falkor
I was going to suggest taking a blindfold, but that will just heighten your senses. Plus you might injure yourself with a fork if you can't see what you are stabbing on your plate. and with her track recent track record an injury seems inevitable!! New Cookie/Palmer07 outing rule - NO BLINDFOLDS!! The only other rule is that I park at the correct end of the multi-story so poor Cookie doesn`t have to limp miles to the lift and then deal with stairs! Valkyrie
I think you'd better make sure a spoon is ready available - with a short handle and well rounded end just in case.

Valkyrie
Poor Cookie - you take the fun very well - even if it's at your expense. If I did that to my son he would be growling for weeks after! I'm having salmon in the microwave tonight - not scampi for me, plain old steam salmon, sweetcorn and chips

Plum
There's no fat in it if someone else cooks it. Where's your 5 a day Cookie?
Space Chick
Where's your 5 a day Cookie? Very good question Plum Today my 5 a day has been: Carrots, swede, parsnip, mushroom and apple juice

Chook n Boo Mum
....and don't forget that juice counts as a portion of fruit...or veg if it's carrot This does not mean however that 5 glasses of OJ are your 5 a day.......it only counts once unless it's a different juice I found veggies...mushroom, tomatoes, courgettes, peppers etc....grilled with a little olive oil made a great light meal with or without a slice of toast or bread...........a small sprinkling of grated cheese made it a more substantial version Enjoy Sha x
Plum
healthy and tasty. For me tomorrow bowl of cous cous, chicken, mushroom, onions cooked in tiny bit of oil and a bowl of mixed salad. Then yoghurt (low fat) and fruit Yum.
Space Chick
Today I have had scrambled egg on toast for breakfast, with an apple juice, so I have 1 of my 5 a day The other 4 are going to prove more challenging, as I have football this evening. So I am going to buy fruit for lunch, and see what I can get that can be eaten on the go for tea. I shall do my best and hopefully get my
Cooks
wellllllllllll I will strive to reach my 5 a day... even though I wasn't great at it before my 'lifestyle change' let alone now... I would like to get hold of a juicer so I can make my own juices easily, have wanted to for a while now but never got around to it.
