legend21
Hello all, have built a lovely wir, but still letting the girls FR, we have put the omlett netting round an area in the garden under the trees, just found 4 out and about in the garden, now I know they are escaping but dont know where from. I stood outside for 40 mins to see if I could see where they were escaping from but they all gave it "escape not us" any ideas as to how I can speed up the whole process of where they are escaping from. thanks Jackie

Falkor
My adorable but clumsy Brahma X keeps escaping into the human side of the garden. I gave up trying to work out how she was doing it. I knew she wasn`t flying over as she only just has enough sense of balance to be able to walk upright and in a straight line! OH worked it out in the end whilst I was at work - she was going under the "gate" section of fencing - the only piece that isn`t pegged along the bottom. It is quite amusing to watch her do it - a big chinky Braham squats down, the goes flats as a pancake and wriggles under!
mostin
Mine squeeze under, it's amazing how flat they get
Egluntyne
I use tent pegs to anchor the netting down. I find it works well.

chickyhazel
Ours get under everything! They have even dug under the garden shed and made themselves a dustbathe right under the middle... daft birds
