jlo
Is anyone doing anything for this. We have the mile going at school and I was very impressed with Christine Bleakley's feat. We watched a bit last night and I must admit that I found Smithy's sketch really funny. I can't find it to post but it will be on iplayer if you missed it. Seagazer
My YS's school had a triathlon type thing going on at school yesterday, he participated in it and did well. Hopefully they raised a lot for Sport Relief.
Cooks
both my two did the mile at school, they apparantly walked it chatting to a great big group of mates, but they did it at least

Happy chickens!
We've organised an event at the local sports club for tomorrow - we're full though as Sainsbury's has limited numbers as they haven't got enough goody bags. You should be able to hear me sometime tomorrow on Radio Merseyside being interviewed about the event - they recorded it yesterday as they got the date wrong! Good luck to all you runners, think you're all fab!
Happy chickens!
Well we had well over 200 runners (Sainsbury's closed the online booking at 200 as they had run out of goody bags, but we had extra entrants on the day) averaging say £100 sponsorship each that's £20k. Well done!!
Lewis
We arranged a non-uniform day at school and our version of Britain's Got Talent Had quite a few acts and it went really well, don't know the full figure yet, but should be over the £1000 mark
Martin B
The head teacher who is famous locally for his extravagant beard was sponsored to shave it off in assembly, raising £1,700 on his own!
