I am think of getting 2 hens but not sure my hutch is big enough.hutch 3ft by 2 1/2 ft egg laying area 1 1/2ft by 2 1/2ft run of about 8ft by 2 1/2 ft. Daphne Posted April 14, 2010 Share Posted April 14, 2010 Emma - I do keep them but I don't post their pix very often, try googling and you'll find some lovely birds, or failing that just enjoy Cookie's; they are lovely and very unusual Joza - that is a lovely quality bantam, she's got good shape, nice and what they call typey Jellykelly - thats a better pic of Camilla! She's obviously still young but I can't really tell if she's 20 weeks. If she is, then you're doing very well for her to come into lay She has the makings of shaping up well, tho she is quite dark in colour and I can't see the lacing. She'll get much fuller in the skirt (underfluff) and her skirts are good and long. Ringworm - your pophole is big enough, your coop is big enough assuming "Ooops, word censored!"ody else is in it, and your run is big enough; tho it would be better if you can manage some free-ranging or letting them into a pen as well Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
