If you could have any 5 breeds of chicken, what would they be? A question I asked myself earlier today and wondered what everyone else likes

Mine would be: Gold sebrights, Silver spangled appenzellers, belgian sableboot bantams, gold pencilled hamburgs and vorwerks

Silver Spangled Hamburgs (may have some of these hatch in about 8 days)

Serema - They look like little soldiers

Polish Frizzle (they remind of the creatures in Labyrinth - the ones that take they're heads off)

LF Brahma

Wyandottes

I love the Belgium de grubbes but I can only find a breeder in north scotland that is an 11 hour drive for me

If you have an incubator or broody buy some eggs of ebay i bought 6 for £17 and they are quail colour

I cant have eggs I live in housed area so the cocks would hav to be culled and I couldnt do that to them. And dad wouldnt let me either.
