They are lovely, well done.

Yes you are right you do worry about everything. I have been a chicken mummy for just over a month and the amount of worrying I am doing is ridiculous. I worry when it rains, when its hot will they fly off, although have now clipped their wings so that shouldnt be a worry now, but I will still worry

They do look lovely. I love that egg, one of mine lays one that looks just like that, pale at one end and dark and speckledy at the other. I have now started to weigh mine as one of my ex batts seems to lay quite big eggs and they are usually 76grams and quite hard to fit into an egg box

I also worry all the time about mine and am always going out to check on them and make sure they are okay.

Isn't it amazing how quickly they grow their feathers back and start to look less like dinosaurs and more like chickens

oh wow, they're lovely! We've had our ex-batts 3 weeks tomorrow, and they're really settling in well now. Yours look to be in better condition - ours are really quite featherbare - am hoping they will grow some new feathers soon, poor little things!

Hope yours settle in ok.
