We are hoping to get an eglu cube this year & still keep my eglu mk2 pink. Our plan is, to put the original 3 straight into the eglu cube & use the other to rear either chicks I hatch myself or some very young already hatched chicks ( that we know the sex of). We would then keep them in the pink eglu until big enough to transfer to the cube with the original 3. Is this a good idea? As if there are any problems, I have still got my pink eglu to put the naughty bossy ones in! Any thoughts on this would be appreciated!
