My daughter is 12 and 5'6, but takes after her Dad and has an enormous bottom and tiny waist( think J-Lo or Beyonce) and ..will.... not.... wear a belt!! Her school will also not allow school trousers that are not entirely black, or what it deems " fashion" trousers, ie bootlegs, or with big belt loop.
