I know Omlet is the best place to get help and advice, so here goes

I need to find a Coldseal Talon 22mm Espagnolette with 4 hooks (not mushrooms) as, on one of ours the square hole where the handle fits has disintegrated so it wont operate the mechanism.

 

I have tried searching the web but it is like searching for a needle in a haystack and I know there are some people in the industry on here (but can't remember who )

Hi!!! Absolutely no help at all, I don't think, but there used to be a company called Amber (I think) in Birmingham that specialised in miscellaneous spares and widgets for double glazing units. They were in Bromford Lane but I know that area has changed a lot lately so they may have moved, but might be worth a go?

Doorfit at Hockly do replacement one but I don't know if they do the hook type which isn't that common as most window use the mushroom type

there's also Express fitting at Oldbury just up from the Police Station other side of the road under the motorway

you might have to put the mushroom type on which isn't that difficult
