Pro - Does anyone else's nest boxes get soaked in rain?

Excellent run Can't really see what you have got in there but dustbath, perches, flowerpots, rotten logs, branches, offcuts from hedge/ tree trimming, veg hung up, an ikea stool, gymnasium, mezzanine levels, mirror, a tubtrug of soil to dig in,

My Sussex is currently obsessed with a dried out old log...and is always scratching it out, pecking with a passion....and now has a little patch of wood dust that she's bathes in. The Legbar's fave is a cabbage 1/4 hanging up, and Florence likes to have a go at everything. I've a couple of large log slices..double as seats with a newspaper on. A couple of apples hanging up, a dustbath,,which they just seem to dig in and eat I've also hung up an Omlet grain and grit te=reat thing,,which they are disdaining currently. I've constructed a very Heath Robinsone ( according to the OH) set of Perches across the top of the Eglu, to get the greenhouse staging..using apple wood and an Ikea shoe rack.....which they are very wary of atm. Flo has been up there, so I'm just working out what to put up there....any ideas?

Mine love branches to perch on and I have two old tyres with dry soil in for dust bathing - great hit!! But have to keep topping them up 'cause they flick the soil all over the place!!!
