Smart Feeder - Light sensor values

I've been trying to buy a cube on ebay for a while now - and yesterday I finally managed. What's more it's a - which I'm really pleased about, as I was sad that omlet had stopped making them. It's down in Devon, & we can't actually collect it for another fortnight - but all the same....

The only down side is that I'd hoped to have the girls settled into it before we go away for a few days over half term, as they'd have more space - but I guess that it might be asking alot of them, to cope with the ladder & a whole new environment plus an unfamiliar chicken sitter.

 

What do you think? is it worth trying? There's only one day between our getting the on the Saturday & going away on the Monday...

 

Now I'm off to dream up shopping lists for the soon-to-be expanded flock...A couple more large fowl in the & once they are settled happily, some bantams in the ......

oh well done! I have a and I think its the best.

if you can get it all set up on the saturday, I reckon they'd be quite settled by the time you go on the Monday - it really doesnt take them long to get the hang of it.
