2009 Omlet cube and run for sale

I know it's a weird question but as of today we are down to 4 chickens and I am now worrying that they are going to be cold in the winter in the cube as obviously there is a lot of space in there.

I have three and they seem to be fine, They all hundle together and if realy cold the cram into the nest box.

I had 3 one year and 4 the next and they were fine.

I've got 3 in a cube at the moment and they're absolutely fine

They'll be fine - they're wearing feather duvets afterall.

We had 3 chickens last year and they were fine....this year we have 7 and 2 houses. There is the odd night where all the chickens decide its cool to sleep in the other house and forget to tell someone...last night it was poor ruth, she put herself to bed as normal in the 'cool' house...then everyone else went to bed in the 'new' house...poor ruth(I moved her in with the others for company but she was really warm, even though she was on her own!

I only have two in mine and so far they seem fine. They snuggle up in the nest box when its a colder night.

 

Am hoping to add a few more later on though.

I have 5 in a cube and I never close the door at night (I'm not a morning person ) and if I ever check them late at night, one or two of them are huddled together right at the entrance with their heads peeping out - even when we had snow!
